Auto VEO & BANANA on Google Flow · Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Overview

Auto VEO & BANANA on Google Flow ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that automates batch processing of AI-generated videos and images on Google Flow (labs.google). This privacy policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Data Collection

The Extension does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Specifically:

3. Local Storage

The Extension uses two local storage mechanisms, both limited to your device:

a) Chrome Extension Storage (chrome.storage.local)

Stored data includes: aspect ratio, model selection, quality preferences, folder name, notification settings, and queue state.

b) Host Page localStorage (window.localStorage on labs.google)

To maintain accurate daily usage limits even if the Extension is reinstalled, the Extension stores a small usage counter in the localStorage of the labs.google page. This data:

4. Website Access

The Extension only activates on labs.google pages. It does not access, read, or modify content on any other website. The content script is strictly limited to the *://labs.google/* URL pattern.

5. License Keys

If you choose to activate a license key, the key string and associated username are stored locally using Chrome's storage API. License validation is performed entirely via local checksum verification — no data is sent to external servers during this process.

6. Downloads

When using the auto-download feature, generated media files (videos and images) are saved to your local device via Chrome's built-in downloads API (chrome.downloads). No files are uploaded or transmitted externally.

7. Permissions Used

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions, each for a specific purpose:

Permission Purpose
storage Save user preferences and queue state locally on your device
tabs Query for active Google Flow tabs to route commands; open info pages in new tabs
sidePanel Display the control panel interface alongside Google Flow
downloads Auto-download generated media files to your chosen local folder
notifications Alert you when queue processing completes (can be disabled in settings)
host: labs.google Inject automation content script on Google Flow pages only

8. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with, transmit data to, or receive data from any third-party service, analytics platform, advertising network, or external API.

9. Voluntary Communications

If you voluntarily contact us via email (e.g., for support, license inquiries, or feedback), we may store your email address to:

This information is collected outside of the Extension through standard email communication — the Extension itself does not collect or transmit your email address. You may request removal of your email from our records at any time by contacting us.

10. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
